| Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safty of bloodletting therapy for the treatment of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea.Methods:From the August 2017 to February 2018,64 patients with erythematelangiectasia rosacea were selected from the Department of Dermatology,the First Hospital of Wuhan.They were randomly selected for treatment group(N=32)and controlled group(N=32).The two groups were all on the basis of moisturizing,sunscreen,avoiding inducement factors.The treatment group was treated with bloodletting therapy for once a week,a total of 4 times.The controlled group was treated with oral doxycycline hydrochloride for 100 mg,bid.The treatment circle of the two groups was 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were all observed in the two groups.Comparised with doxycycline hydrochloride to discuss the clinical effect and safty of bloodletting therapy for the treatment of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea.Results:1.The age,disease progression and disease severity of the treatment group comparable with that of the control group.2.Intra-group comparison:Both the treatment group and the control group have significant statistical difference on the erythema,itching,burning and dryness(P<0.05),but no statistical difference on telangiectasia before and after the treatment.(p> 0.05).3.Inter-group comparison:The treatment group and the control group have statistical difference on the erythema(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group on the improvement of erythema is better than that of the control group.There is no statistical difference in the improvement of telangiectasia,itching,drying and dryness of the two groups(P>0.05).4.There is no statistical difference in the total clinical scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment(P>0.05).5.The treatment group effective rate 86.7%,the control group treatment effective rate 76.3%,the total effective rate of the two groups has no statistical difference(P>0.05).6.The treatment group of 2 patients with adverse reactions.3 patients of the control group with adverse reactions.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The Bloodletting therapy for the erythematotelangiectatic rosacea is effective and safe compared with Doxycyclane Hyclate Tablets.It is especially good for the improvement of erythema.2.Bloodletting therapy is a safe and effective no-drug therapy for erythematotelangiectatic rosacea. |
