ObjectiveThis reasch adopting the method of Randomized Controlled Trials(RCT)to observe the clinical effect of mili-fire needle combined with the treatment of bloodletting therapy in treating corticosteroid-induced rosacea-like dermatitis,and to provide a reliable therapy in the clinical.Methods70 patients were selected from both the First affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of Chinese traditional medicine,and Zhongshan hospital of Chinese traditional medicine.These patients were randomly divided into two group,each of 35 cases.The treatment group was treated with milli-fire needle combined with the treatment of bloodletting therapy,while the control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment.All of these patients were given Cetirizine Dihydrochioride tablets and Vitamin B and Zine Gluconate tablets.Both groups treated for 4 weeks.Observe and record the clinical symptom scores before and each course of therapy,and statistical analysis was carried out on the two to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapy.ResultsAs the end of the treatment,two groups of patients with the clinical symptom scores and total score are falling,in contract the beginning of the treatment.The treatment group effective rate was 88.57%,while the control group was 85.71%.there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).But the treatment group in improving patient itching,capillary expansion is better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group improving the symptoms of face burning is slower than the control group,While the control group improving the symptoms of flush across the cheeks is slower than the treatment group,both of the difference is no statistically significant(P>0.05).In spect of improving the symptoms of acne,two group are have no statistically significant.Follow-up,the effective rate of treatment group is higher than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group effective rate was 85.71%,while the control group was 60%.And the treatment group in improving patient itching,face burning,flush across the cheeks,acne,and capillary expansion is better than the control group(P<0.05),Conclusionit is effective to treat corticosteroid-induced rosacea-like dermatitis in mili-fire needle combined with the treatment of bloodletting therapy,also in tacrolimus ointment.But observe the long-term effect,mili-fire needle combined with the treatment of bloodletting therapy is better than tacrolimus ointment.Also have the lower reaction rate.It is a good therapy for cilincal.
