With the intensification of the ageing population in China,people’s attention to physical health is getting higher and higher.Since the Nineteenth National Congress,the state has carried out a comprehensive and deep reform of the health care industry,and various medical institutions across the country are facing great challenges and there are also many opportunities.With the advent of a knowledge-based economy with an ever-increasing degree of informatization,the market competition of hospitals has become increasingly fierce.This requires hospitals to be patient-centered,and to use patients with efficient,safe,and convenient medical technologies as the fastest Solve the problem.The close proximity of clinical medical staff to patients,the enthusiasm of their work will greatly affect the overall quality of hospital services.Scientific and effective performance assessment of clinical staff is an important measure to promote them to improve their service quality.This article takes Beijing X Hospital as the research object,and conducts research and analysis on the performance assessment system of the clinical medical staff in this hospital.In the context of the medical reforms from the 19th National Congress of the People’s Republic of China,the paper reviewed the relevant research literature in a comprehensive way.Based on the current performance appraisal method of X Hospital,and based on the characteristics of clinical staff,the questionnaire survey method was applied to X Hospital.The problems in the performance evaluation of clinical medical staff were analyzed,and it was considered that the performance evaluation did not support the hospital strategy enough,the performance assessment cultural propaganda scale,the assessment methods were single,the assessment criteria were not clear,the application of the assessment results was not enough,etc.Finally,the combination The specific circumstances of X Hospital,the use of relevant theories of performance assessment,design a set of performance assessment methods more suitable for X hospital clinical staff,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.
