Analysis Of The Clinical Effect Of Ziyin Jianghuo Decoction In The Treating Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Yin Deficiency And Fire Hyperactivity Type

Objective:The clinical study of Ziyin Jianghuo decoction in treating PCOS caused by Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity was carried out,and its clinical curative effect was observed and analyzed.Methods:A total of 50 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into two groups,the traditional Chinese medicine group(30 cases)and the Daying group(20 cases)to observe the changes of menstruation,serum sex hormone,B-ultrasound,acne,BMI and Chinese Medicine related symptoms before and after the treatment.Results:1.After 3 months of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine group get the total effective rate of 83.3%,while Daying group get 85%,thus the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The acne scores,serum LH,LH/FSH and T levels in the Chinese medicine group and Daxing group were significantly lower than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups after 3 months of withdrawal and after treatment(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment and three months' withdrawal(P>0.05).3.After the treatment of the Chinese Medicine group,the score of Chinese Medicine related symptoms decreased significantly.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment and after 3 months' treatment(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups after 3 months' treatment and after treatment(P>0.05).4.There was no significant difference in serum FSH,B-ultrasound score,BMI and intra-group comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The total clinical efficacy of Ziyin Jianghuo decoction in the treatment of PCOS caused by Yin-deficiency and fire hyperactivity is equivalent to that of Daying.2.Ziyin Jianghuo decoction can reduce serum LH,LH/FSH,T levels,and improve acne and Yin deficiency fire.3.Ziyin Jianghuo decoction could reduce the secretion of LH and T by regulating the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis,and reach the objective of curing PCOS.
