| With the reform of medical and health system in China,A higher requirements for management of Hospital are put forward.The public hospitals are facing more and more competitive pressure owing to the government encourages and guides social capital to run medicine.The competition between Hospitals in China is not only the competition between medical technology,but also a competition of comprehensive strength.The hospital logistics plays a more and more important role in this competition,as an important part of hospital service and the important guarantee for the smooth development of medical service.The object of this study is the logistic service management of Gansu Province Maternal and Child-care Hospital.The hospital is a non-profit public health care institution directly under the Provincial Health Planning Commission,which has a great influence in the field of hospital logistic service management in the whole province.In recent years,The hospital is facing more and more severe competition.The service quality,including logistics service,is related to the survival of the hospital.At the same time,the hospital is developing and reforming the direction of diagnosis and treatment of acute and critical diseases and precise medical care,which needs effective support of logistic support services.Therefore,the improvement of logistics service management has become an important factor related to the survival and development of hospitals.The main service object of the logistics service is the patient and the internal staff inGansu Province Maternal and Child-care Hospital.The present situation of hospital logistics service is evaluated through the patient satisfaction survey and the internal staff interview.A total of 5683 patient satisfaction questionnaires were issued and 231 opinions were collected.A total of 256 internal satisfaction questionnaires were issued,171 people were interviewed internally and 501 opinions were collected.The overall satisfaction of the hospital satisfaction was significantly lower than the hospital’s expected value.The shortage of logistics services is mainly manifested in four aspects: service attitude,service facilities,service efficiency and service quality.This paper uses service management theory to study the problems of the logistic service management of Gansu Province Maternal and Child-care Hospital mainly includes the lack of advanced service concept,the mismatch of service facilities and demand,the disjointed information system and service demand and the effective use of data,and no effective mechanism to improve the service process.The mechanism of service process improvement is established by setting up the service concept of patient centered,humanization,ecology,art and intelligentization in the logisticssystem,perfecting the matching of service facilities and demand and using service process analysis and excellent chemical tools.At the same time,the existing information system was reformed and perfected by the needs of patients and internal staff.The object of this study is the service management of public hospitals.The research results will provide useful references for the logistic service management of public hospitals.At the same time,the theme of this paper is the micro management of logistics service,which is the same with the management concepts,theories and analytical tools of logistic services for private organizations.The conclusions also have practical guiding significance in private organizations and other public product service sectors. |
