The Study Of Collaborative Optimization Of Logistics Service Supply In TS Hospital

Hospital logistic service is different from any other industries and it has its own characteristics: Round-the-clock uninterrupted service,the hospital’s internal and external dependence on logistics service supply is at a high level in the whole service industry.The level of logistics service quality directly determines the overall operation efficiency of a hospital.Since the concept of hospital logistics socialization was put forward,because of the system,the market,the degree of openness and so on,its development is relatively slow,and there is no significant improvement and breakthrough in the construction of service process management,service quality management and management evaluation system.With the deepening of the new medical reform,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,as the first batch of new reform pilot area,need to find a kind of logistics service supply mode with low consumption and high efficiency,to make the hospital logistics service supply match with the growing demand medical service,which is a major mission of the hospital logistics service.In this paper,TS hospital was used as the research object to explore a model suitable for the supply of logistics service of TS hospital in order to solve and improve the actual situation of the low efficiency of service supply and imbalance between supply and demand.Firstly,the basic evaluation of logistics service supply model of advanced medical institutions in China was carried out,and questionnaire,mind mapping and comparative analysis were used to find out the main problems in the logistics service supply of TS hospital,which were analyzed.By means of service management,integrated management and synergistic theory,it was combined with the research of the optimization mode of hospital logistics service supply.In the research the model of collaborative optimization was chosen as the way to optimize the logistics service supply of TS hospital.The whole collaborative optimization model: the integrated management platform of integrated logistics service was built through the hospital information office to realize information exchange and coordination;the general affairs office,medical equipment department,food department and other service supply departments formulate the optimized supply process,supply mode and management responsibility of the specific logistics service project to realize coordination of supply management and processes;the personnel department and the finance department make rational allocation of manpower,materials and finance in accordance with the principle of resource coordination.Moreover,the energy efficiency differences of the main service projects were analyzed and optimized.With collaborative optimization model,problems on TS hospital logistics service supply could be solved,and based on guaranteeing the actual effective of supply serviceoptimization,a new thinking and model were put forward for the study of improving hospital logistics service supply.
