Research On Quality Management Of Logistics Service In H Hospital

With the continuous development of medical and health reform in China,the traditional management mode has been unable to meet the increasing needs of hospitals.It has become a new problem for hospitals to explore a way of development with high efficiency and low cost and improve the management efficiency of hospitals.As an important part of the hospital management,logistics management provides the guarantee service for the smooth development of various work of the hospital and the improvement of the service quality of the logistics management.Quality is the key factor for the continuous development of hospital logistics service.The quality management of hospital logistics is the core content of the promotion of logistics service,and it is also the guarantee of the effect of various work of the hospital and the improvement of the comprehensive strength of the hospital.It is an inevitable choice for the health and sustainable development of the hospital to strengthen the quality management of the hospital logistics,improve the quality of the logistics service and continuously meet the clinical needs.It is also one of the important problems that the hospital management is facing.In this paper,H hospital is a specific object of research,on the basis of consulting a large number of documents,using questionnaires,software statistical analysis and other methods,the present situation of the logistics service in H hospital is thoroughly investigated and analyzed.On the basis of data analysis and experience summarization,the existing problems in logistics management are summarized and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of hospitals,we use case analysis,AHP,SWOT analysis and other methods to improve the logistics management of H hospital.This article is divided into five chapters.First,it describes the research background and research status,expounds the significance of the hospital logistics service,emphasizes the significance of the research,and then introduces the related concepts.Through the questionnaire survey on the logistics service of H hospital,the problem of the post service is deeply understood.Finally,the implementation is put forward.The quality management is studied,and the specific methods of improving the quality of logistics service are studied,and the conclusion is drawn that new ideas are introduced for the quality management of hospital logistics service.
