Effect Of Yi Qi Fu Mai Injection On The Related Factors In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: To observe and study the effect of Yiqi Fumai Injection combined with cardiotonic drugs that are commonly used in western medicine on CRP,BNP and Hcy levels in chronic heart failure(CHF)patients with syndromes of deficiency of both qi and yin,the scoring of recovery of TCM symptoms and the recovery of heart functions,and evaluate its curative effect.Methods: 60 subjects were selected according to the selection and rejection criteria,and were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with enalapril(Isopro)+ metoprolol(Betaloc)+ spironolactone tablets,etc,while 30 patients in the group were treated with 2.6g Yiqi Fumai injection on the basis of western medicine.No other herbs tonifying qi and yin were given in the two groups.TCM symptom scoring,cardiac functional grading,CRP,BNP,Hcy,etc.were conducted before the treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment for statistical evaluation.Results: Compared with the general condition of patients before treatment,the P value was not significant.After treatment,the total effective rates of the improvement of TCM syndromes of the group that was administered Yiqi Fumai Injection and the group that was administered western medicine were 90% and 80%,respectively.The total effective rates of the improvement of the heart functions in the two groups were 90% and 83.3%,respectively.The difference in the efficiency was significant as proved by the chi-square test.The levels of CRP,BNP and HCY in the patients were lower than those at the admission,and the intragroup and intergroup differences were significant(P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion: Yiqi Fumai Injection can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of CHF patients,improve heart functions,reduce the load of the failure heart,resist the inflammatory response and enhance the life tolerance.
