Objective: this study's aim is to explore and discuss the intervention effect of gratitude group counseling on satisfaction degree of college students' interpersonal relationship, and to try to reveal the possibility and way of improving the degree of satisfaction of interpersonal relationship in group activities, which helps them improve interpersonal relationship continuously, enhance the adjustment ability of regulating human negative events and maintain their psychological health from the perspective of gratitude.Methods: The independent variable A(design within the subjects): relationship satisfaction measurement time, and it is divided into two levels: before measuring and after. Independent variable B: ways of group counseling, it is divided into three levels:the experimental group, the gratitude group guidance; The control group, general interpersonal group counseling way; Blank control group, does not use any group intervention. And after three months in comprehensive semi-structured interviews to verify that the intervention effect to improve the effect of college students' interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction.Results:according to the Wilcoxon analysis, we can know: the gratitude group exists significant differences(P < 0.01) in the dimension and total score before and after the test of degree of satisfaction of interpersonal relationship; And interpersonal group before and after the test of Wilcoxon analysis, the testers exist significant differences(P < 0.01) in the similar compatibility and moral quality dimension, and they exist the significant difference(P < 0.05) in the outgoing spell able and conflict dimensions; Three sets of differential analysis then through multiple comparison analysis shows that after gratitude and interpersonal group exist significant differences(P < 0.001) in communication barriers, mutual support, similar compatible,different conflict, moral quality dimension and total score, they exist difference in the dimension of outgoing capable. The qualitative interview in tracking phase indicates that group counseling has a continuous effect on efficiency improvement after three months.Conclusions:?The gratitude group counseling scheme is effective for improving college students' interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction, which has ratherstrong pertinence in improving the communication abilities, decreasing the conflicts,and the effect of improvement is relatively good.?Gratitude group counseling lays the foundation for obtaining sustainable satisfaction level of human relationships in team members, make its immunity to the negative life events and an scientific way to improve and promote an attitude of gratitude group set up for college students.?Through holding and contrasting group counseling of different themes among college students, we could find the gratitude group psychological counseling improves interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction of the participants higher than general interpersonal group counseling, which provides the new possibility of the effective way to improve college students' interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction.
