This paper takes Jiangsu HD cultural and creative Industrial Park as an example, on the basis of theoretical analysis, using PEST analysis method to analyze the environment for the development of Creative Industry Park, SWOT put forward the development strategy of Jiangsu HD Cultural and Creative Industrial Park.Firstly, the general principle of cultural and creative industries are analyzed, in defining the concept, characteristics and classification of cultural and creative industries, cultural and creative park introduced the definition, types, analyzing the relevant theories of strategic management, the domestic cultural creative industry and cultural creative park development environment, analysis of the current situation, the focus of analysis the current development of the research object of this paper is Jiangsu HD Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, describes the history and development status of the park, combined with the external factors involved in the development of cultural and creative Industrial park and internal factors, using the SWOT analysis method, analysis of the park, points out some problems existing in the park.
