| With the advancement of science and technology and the advance of globalization,English is becoming more and more important in life.The whole society has increasing requirements for our English teaching.As a kindergarten teacher,it is necessary to have a certain level of English foundation.Although kindergartens do not have to teach children English knowledge,having access to English can do good to children and they will benefit from it in their future study.In this form,the young students’ English learning is very important.Especially in the ethnic areas,such as the Mongolian students in our school,English weariness phenomenon is widespread.How to make these students begin to love learning English? It is a practical problem that exists in the current national education.In view of this practical problem,the author uses the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to investigate the current situation of Mongolian kindergarten teachers and students in our school.According to the survey results,the degree of weariness is not particularly serious but prevalent,and not optimistic.Boys are wearier than girls;sophomores are tired of school than the first grade and third grade,students of urban areas have higher degree of weariness than those from rural areas.The analysis on the reason of weariness shows that the weariness of English learning due to the students themselves and the teachers’ aspects;students lack the correct values to guide.Students’ English foundation is poor.Learning method is wrong.Teachers: teachers’ teaching philosophy is behind the time.Teaching methods are relatively simple.The relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious.In view of this series of reasons,based on the literature law,from the perspective of education,psychology,combined with their own teaching experience,the author developed a design of teaching practice,including helping students to establish the right values.Reestablish the basic knowledge framework of students.Guide students tofind their own learning methods.Teachers update educational philosophy.Establish a good relationship between teachers and students.Teachers improve teaching methods.After putting these teaching practice designs in the actual teaching,I selected the two parallel classes;take Class One as an experimental class and Class Two as a control class.The teaching practice was operated for a semester,a total of four months.At the end of the semester,after retesting,I found that teaching practice is effective.Although this study has some limitations,it has played a practical role in English teaching of the Mongolian preschool educational students.It also made the basis of future research. |
