Bullying in elementary school is a relatively common special attack behavior,will bring negative influence to the development of the individual.Starting in the 1970 s,many scholars have conducted in-depth research on bullying behavior.Most researchers focus on the individual self-esteem,self-concept,and family upbringing and the relationship between bullying behavior,to the class as the background to discuss the related research of bullying is less.In this paper,choosing the way of questionnaire survey,the two primary schools in chengdu,sichuan province 523 students in grade three to five as the research object,adopting "piers-Harris children's self-concept scale","questionnaire of student perception of class interpersonal harmony" children's bullying behavior questionnaire "examines the pupils self-concept,class atmosphere of perception(hereinafter referred to as the class atmosphere)and the relationship between bullying,hope to provide theoretical basis for reducing the occurrence of the primary school bullying.The results showed that:1.The pupils in the class atmosphere and different dimensions exist significant differences in gender,girls scored higher than boys;The relationship between teachers and students there were significant differences in grades and class organization dimension,peer relationship and the class atmosphere does not exist significant differences in grade;City primary school students perception of class atmosphere levels higher than the countryside,and significant differences.2.The pupils boys self-concept level lower than girls,but has a higher level of self concept.In addition to the intellectual and school situation,sociable,happiness and satisfaction dimensions,the rest of the dimensions and self concept total score were significant differences in gender;In addition to the social dimension,the rest of the different dimensions and self-concept scores were significant differences in grade;On the self-concept total score,a linear rising trend.Urban pupils self-concept is higher than the rural pupils,and there were significant differences.3.Pupils there were significant differences in gender,bullying the bully,and double who enkindles bullied,boys than girls.Bullying also exists significant difference between grade,with the increase of grade,bullies,being bullied,the number of double who enkindles gradually decline.4.In addition to the happiness and satisfaction with the class organization,their primary school class atmosphere all dimensions I concept of each dimension has significant positive correlation;In addition to the peer relationship with bullying,class atmosphere and different bullying(bullying,being bullied,double involved in)was significantly negative correlation;Different bullying and self-concept and most dimension has significant negative correlation.5.Self concept in the relationship between teachers and students,peer relationship,class organization and partial intermediary role between bullying,bullying behavior,the relationship between teachers and students and completely intermediary role between double involved in behavior.
