| The purpose of this study is to develop a respiratory muscle training program for Latin dance athletes,and to explore its influence on the stability of athletes.Research methods: the Beijing Sport University professional sports dance Latin master 20 athletes as the research object,randomly divided into control group 10 and experimental group 10,respectively,of different training,the experimental group for 8 weeks of respiratory muscle training,training 3 times a week,every 30 minutes or so,the training content to respiratory training core body the stability.In the zeroth,eighth week of the experiment,the athletes carried out the core position,balance ability and special technical test.The core test includes: six stage overhead bridge and eight grade inclined bridge.The test of balance ability includes static balance and dynamic balance ability test.Special technical test include: time step,rumba point in turn,walk forward,feet connecting screw rotation rotating single foot extension control.Findings:The effect of 1.and eight weeks’ training on the level of six stage and eight level bridge of Latin Dancer(1)eight weeks respiratory muscle training can improve the level of the six level of the Latin Dancer(P < 0.05).(2)eight week respiratory muscle training can improve the level of the eight level down Bridge of Latin Dance Players(P < 0.05).Effects of 2.and eight weeks’ training on body balance ability of Latin Dancer(1)eight week respiratory muscle training can improve the dynamic balance ability of Latin dance athletes,but there are gender differences(P < 0.05).(2)eight weeks of respiratory muscle training on Latin dance athletes had no obvious improvement in static balance with eyes open or closed while standing with feet,but the static balance on one foot and open eyes closed standing on one foot can be improved(P < 0.05).(3)the training of the eight week respiratory muscle training improved the stability of the balance ability of the Latin Dancer’s left star support and the right leg support(P < 0.05).3.the influence of respiratory muscle training on the special ability of Latin Dance Athletes(1)the training of the eight week respiratory muscle training significantly improved the overall technical level of the time steps of Latin Dance Players(P < 0.05).(2)the training of the eight week respiratory muscle training didn’t improve the overall skill level of the Latin dance players,but there was an upward trend among the female students.(3)eight weeks of respiratory muscle training walk forward rotation of the connecting screw overall technical level has no obvious improvement in Latin dance athletes.(4)the eight week respiratory muscle training significantly improved the overall skill level of the Latin Dancer’s standing spin,single leg control and extension(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the training of respiratory muscle for eight weeks can improve the stability of Latin dance athletes. |
