The Research On The Integration Of Health Resources In Shanghai Chinese Communitu Area

In 1927 July,the Shanghai special municipal government was established.During Shanghai as a special period,the municipal government speeded up the construction and carried out a systematic plan of the whole city,especially the "big shanghai plan"which was put up in 1929.This paper I try to make a case study of Shanghai Chinese Boundary Area in 1927-1937.Examines the process of integration of health resources in China from two aspects:the integration of health administrative resources and the integration of regional distribution of health resources.This paper is divided into four chapters,plus introduction and conclusion.The introduction part start from the topics of this paper,and the relevant academic history review,introduce the use of historical data and related concepts are briefly defined.Chapter 1:Mainly discusses the origin of health resources integration in Shanghai.This chapter is divided into three parts:the first part is a brief introduction the Shanghai modern health beginning,and through the relevant memory missionaries a brief overview of health environmental in Shanghai.The second part discusses the health problems in 1920s,and introduces the first integration attempt of Dr.Ding Wenjiang;In the third part,after the establishment of the Shanghai municipal government,under the influence of national rejuvenation,the new planning of the health was restart.Chapter 2:Mainly discusses the integration of health administrative functions in Shanghai.In modern times,Shanghai area administrative power was scattered,seriously restricting the development of the area,the establishment of the Shanghai special municipal government,make the administrative power unified,to eliminate the negative factors in the development of municipal administration.After the establishment of the Shanghai special Municipal Health Bureau,in order to ensure the effective health work of the municipal government,to further improve the construction and development of the Municipal Health Bureau,standardize the health administrative process,constantly optimize the health service.Chapter 3:The third chapter mainly discusses the measures of Shanghai City Health Bureau to balance the health resources in the region,and evaluates the effectiveness.For a long time,Wusong District,Gaoqiao District and Jiangwan District located in rural,health services were not concerned.From the social and cultural point of view,local residents more trust in traditional Chinese Medicine and some people even willing to believe the witch doctor,Therefore,in the process of integration of health care resources in health bureau plans to establish health offices in the district gradually,the nearest surrounding responsible for health administration,medical treatment,disease prevention and control work for schools in the area,plant health and other related health issues,while strengthening the health education to improve the awareness of the public health.Underthe impact of the war,to 1937,only five district builded Health Office and were equipped with professional medical personnel,according to the local actual situation,to take a variety of ways of working to improve the local health condition,good results have been achieved general.Chapter 4:Discusses the related activities of the citizens and social groups in the integration of health resources.After the establishment of the Nanjing National Government,the government attaches great importance to the physical quality of the people,so the people actively participate in the process of health construction.The social groups in the government audit management,and further play to the social value,and actively promote the development of the medical profession,but also to strengthen the health education for the public and the poor disease free treatment.After the outbreak of "8.13 War",Shanghai becomes a lonely island,facing the government forces again vacant,social groups still play a role in the war and linkage.About the Conclusion,I try to evaluate the 1927-1937 of Shanghai health service integration,looking for inspiration.
