| With the development of early childhood education, kindergarten preschool teachers who played an important role in early education received more and more attentions from researchers. Kindergarten teachers affected children’s growth and development, the research is important to explore the subjective well-being of kindergarten teachers, which had an important impact on kindergarten teachers’ living quality and early childhood education. Previous studies on subjective well-being had found social support and mental health has an important impact on the subjective well-being. This study was designed to investigate the fundamental situations about subjective well-being and social support,to further explore the relationship between social support and subjective well-being and the mediation of mental health. On the one hand this research provide an empirical support for the research of subjective well-being, on the other hand provide some guidance and inspiration for enhancing the subjective well-being of rural preschool teachers.This study adopts questionnaire method, the sample are taken from four kindergartens 340 teachers in Wuhan city, Hubei Province. We adopted the Satisfaction with Life Scale,the Affectometer-2, the Social Support Rating Scale and SCL-90 to measure the subjective well-being, social support and mental health, respectively and analyze the relation their relationships. The conclusions are as follows: 1) The overall level of the kindergarten teacher’s subjective well-being is above the middle level,the subjective well-being varies from kindergarten teachers with different age and working years. 2) The overall level of the kindergarten teachers, social support is above the middle level, the social support varies from kindergarten teachers with different age,education, marital status and working years. 3) Social support and subjective well-being have a significant positive correlation, subjective well-being were significantly related to mental health, mental health takes the part intermediary role between the social support and subjective well-being. |
