With the development of computer and network technology,online learning has been applied and developed in the field of education.People have advocated the combination of the advantages of online learning and the advantages of traditional teaching in current instruction,that is blended learning.Blended learning has become one of hot topics in the field of educational technology in recent years and has been widely used in the field of school education and enterprise training.The emergence of mobile phones,flat and other intelligent learning tools for talent training provides a new way,that is mobile learning.The mobile learning method meets the needs of learners to learn anytime and anywhere,and achieves a real autonomic learning.At present,mobile learning has become another another research hotspot in the field of education,especially in English and other language learning areas.Therefore,how to promote the study of English with the development of blended learning and mobile learning is one of the focuses of experts and scholars.Mobile-based English mobile learning APP can provide students with a new learning opportunity,and to some extent,it can improve the effectiveness of students' English learning.In addition,among English listening,speaking,reading and writing skills,reading ability in the language learning and using process is extremely important.In this context,the author proposed to design and develop an English reading mobile learning APP based on blended learning,in order to improve the English learners reading learning effect.On the basis of theoretical research,according to design and development principles and the actual needs of English learning,this thesis designs and develops a college English reading APP based on blended learning,which aims to help learners learn and improve their ability of English learning.Moreover,the author designs and implements the blended English course based on the reading mobile learning APP according to the relevant theory,and investigates and evaluates the teaching effect.Finally,the experimental data are analyzed and summarized.The experimental results show that college English reading APP based on blended learning plays a role in promoting students' English learning.
