The strength of a person’s immune system directly affects the body for the identification of pathogenic microorganisms,defense,resistance and the probability of the body’s disease is the level of physical health level.Recent studies have found that older people with age,with the aging of the body,the body’s immune capacity is reduced,the resistance of various pathogenic microorganisms decreased susceptibility increased,leading to the elderly people susceptible to cancer,infectious diseases and autoimmune Sexually transmitted diseases.In this study,we focus on the health of elderly women as the starting point in the context of the increasing population aging in China,and take the influence of "line dance on the immunity of the elderly women" as the research object,using the literature method,experimental method and mathematical statistics to study the effects of regular line dance on the immunity of elderly women,and to provide some theoretical basis for the development of the line dance and the physical health of the elderly women.In this study,all subjects who were physically healthy and had not had previous row time exercise had a 12-week,3/week,1-hour rhythm exercise,during which all subjects were kept The same life habits and eating habits were taken,and the peripheral blood test was taken at the 0th,4th,8th and 12 th week to record the immunization index,and the indexes of the white blood cells were counted before and after the exercise.The immunoglobulin IgA,IgG and IgM levels.The results showed that the WBC count showed an upward trend with the time of WBC classification,but the p = 0.36> 0.05 was not significant,and the other indexes had the same trend of increasing the number of WBC.But the results did not show significant difference,And the ratio of lymphocyte rise slightly higher,eosinophilic and basophils due to their relatively small number and little difference;For the level of immunoglobulin,there were no significant effects on the levels of IgA and IgM(P => 0.05),and the IgG content increased at the time of 12 weeks of exercise.The results were compared with those before the experiment(P> 0.05),but there was a significant difference(P = 0.04 <0.05)at 12 th week,and the IgG content remained at the normal level.It is concluded that the influence of the 12-week row line dance exercise on the WBC classification is not significant,but the trend is increasing from the data point of view,which means that the elderly women who have persisted in regular line dance exercise can improve the WBC Classification of counting to improve the immunity of the body;Twelve weeks of row exercise can significantly improve the body’s IgG content and with little effect to IgA,IgM,indicating that IgG is more sensitive to row line dance exercise,and long-term row of exercise can improve the body by exercising Of the IgG level to improve the body’s immune capacity.Line dance is a fitness,healthy exercise,long-term exercise can improve the immune capacity of elderly women,it is worth more people to participate.Through the collation of the relevant literature found that the role of line dance is not limited to older women,athletic ability of the age of people who have a good fitness role,hoping to have more people can join the Big family of dancing fitness.
