In this thesis,we analyze the demand of the new international Chinese teaching volunteers and the experience of the outgoing international Chinese teaching volunteers to design a form for handover of the international Chinese teaching volunteers.We test the importance of each item in this form,and also the internal validity and external validity through statistical methods.And then,we test the internal reliability of the form.After that,we check if the exact information can be transformed through the modified form by testing it in simulated work handover.Finally,the form will be polished on the basis of the statistic data.Also,a few drawbacks are listed and some other projects are put forward in order to make the work handover smoother.This thesis consists of seven chapters.First,we summarize the demand of the new international Chinese teaching volunteers and the experience obtained by the former international Chinese teaching volunteers in the process of teaching.And then,we conclude the categories and the items of the form on work handover of international Chinese teaching volunteers through statistical analysis.Finally,we design the primal form on work handover of international Chinese teaching volunteers.And then,we test the form through statistical methods.Firstly,we test the importance of each item in the form on work handover of international Chinese teaching volunteers through statistical methods.Secondly,we test internal criterion-related validity by defining the total scores marked by the international Chinese teaching volunteers.Thirdly,we design self-evaluating form of the new international Chinese teaching volunteers adaptability and peer-evaluating form of the new international Chinese teaching volunteers adaptability which are related to the items of the form on work handover of international Chinese teaching volunteers.These two forms are marked by certain people and the scores are used to test the external criterion-related validity of the form on work handover of international Chinese teaching volunteers.Fourthly,We count out Cronbach’s alpha in order to analyze the reliability of the form.Finally,we invite some relevant people to finish the form.According to the feedback,we modify the layout,contents and the way we use to express the meaning in the form.Besides,we list the drawbacks of this form and put forward some other ways to make work handover smoother.
