| International Chinese education is facing important transformation,and there is an urgent need for high-quality and high-level international Chinese language education teachers to meet the diverse talent needs of the market.Currently,it is a little difficult to match the specifications of Master Candidate of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MCTCSOL)with the requirements of career’s development.As the basis for the implementation of talent training,talent training program covers the direction,objectives and ways and plays an important guiding role in the process.Therefore,Starting from the training program,this study analyzes the training program texts of representative universities,aiming to explore the following two questions:(1)What is the current situation of the talent training for master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of other languages?(2)What are the factors that affect the implementation of the talent training for MCTCSOL? What is the corresponding optimization strategy?This study adopts the method of combining quantitative research with qualitative research,and takes the talent training programs of 30 representative training universities of MTCSOL as the research object,to conduct in-depth analysis of the text content of the training programs.With NVivo software,we conduct qualitative and quantitative text analysis on the content of the text,summarize the current situation of talent training for MCTCSOL,and further reflect on the difficulties in talent cultivation implementation,as well as the factors and influencing mechanisms that affect talent cultivation implementation.The research shows that the difficulties in the implementation of MTCSOL mainly include the following six aspects: discipline orientation,talent training concept,talent training objectives,talent training mode,talent training environment,and talent management mechanism.The orientation of discipline development still needs to be clarified;The concept of talent training urgently needs clarification;Talent training objectives need to be improved;The mode of talent cultivation needs to be innovated urgently;The talent cultivation’s environment needs to be improved;The relevant management mechanism needs to be improved.Through in-depth analysis of the results of text analysis and content analysis,this article reflects and summarizes the factors that affect the implementation of talent cultivation dilemma of MTCSOL,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies: Clear discipline development orientation,reasonable planning discipline layout;Clarify the connotation of discipline construction and update the concept of talent cultivation;Attaching importance to the improvement of scientific research literacy and constructing a good discipline environment;Improve relevant management mechanisms and implement personalized talent cultivation. |
