Animal are depicted as characters in anthropomorphic way in stories to reflect the relationship between people among human society,and the thought that is embodied in the stories can enlighten and educate people.This article focuses on the fable of “camel lending horns” and its different texts which spread widely in Mongolia,studies and analyzes the text applying research methods of historical geography,cultural anthropology and comparative research methods,and explores its cultural connotation.The paper is composed of four parts: introduction,main body,chapter1-3,conclusion,reference book,etc.The introduction includes the background of the topic,research survey,materials used,research methods,the significance of the research,etc.The first chapter discusses the spread of the fable “camel lending horns”and its derivatives in domestic and abroad,among Han Chinese ethnic and other ethnic minorities and its transmission in Mongolian region.It also put forward the its characteristics of global spread,richness of derivatives,and the imbalance of the spread in Mongolian areas.The second chapter discusses the story of “Camel losing horns” in Mongolia and its derivatives,and studied the types and motif of the story,and pointed out the relationship between different types and motif.The third chapter discusses people's understanding of animal and tostudies the "social relationship" contained in the fable of “Camel losing horns” widely spread in Mongolian region and its derivatives,to reflect human society through describing the contradiction between the animals.
