Study On Democratic Centralism

Democratic centralism is an important organizational principle of our party and country.The reason why our party is powerful and has great cohesion,unity and combat effectiveness,the most important thing is the implementation of democratic centralism.In recent years,our party has made great achievements in upholding and improving democratic centralism,and has accumulated rich experience.However,there are some problems in the process of building democratic centralism.The construction of democratic centralism has a long way to go.It is a systematic project.In order to take full advantage of our democracy,it is necessary to further study democratic centralism.Democratic centralism was proposed by Lenin,after unique development and evolution in China,it finally became the guiding principle of the Communist Party of China.Since the year of the establishment of the Communist Party of China,democratic centralism had experienced an important transformation process,which changed from emphasizing democracy,to emphasizing centralism,to paying attention to democracy,and at last to properly dealing with the relation between democracy and centralism.To elaborate the superiority of democratic centralism,the paper compared the democratic system with democratic centralism by analyzing the defects existing in the process of formation and development of Western democratic.The purpose is to prove democratic centralism conducive to the realization of the people's democracy,the making and effective operation of decision,the realization of true unity of rational knowledge and public awareness,and more suitable for China.Democratic centralism processes can be summarized as a cycle of democracy—concentrate—more democratic.Some problems should be vigilant which are concerned consultative democracy,advice focused,decision-making,implementation,supervision and feedback.Enhancing the party's ideological and political construction,organization and work style construction,as well as our party's collective leadership and the democratic decision—making system will help further improve democratic centralism.
