Democratic centralism is the identification of whether a political party is an important symbol of the Marxist party.For the Chinese Communist Party,democratic centralism is not only an organizational principle and leadership system of the party and the country,but also an important manifestation of the maturity,stereotypes and self-confidence of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,It plays an important role in China's political and social development.Based on the above understanding,This paper uses theoretical tools such as political systems theory,system demand supply theory,national governance theory,and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Based on the dual dimensions of history and reality,The logical sequence of the theory of democratic centralism,its exploration trajectory,major problems,in-depth reasons,and basic ideas is closely linked and analyzed.The paper is divided into three parts: introduction,subject,conclusion and outlook.It is divided into eight chapters:The introduction includes the topic background and research significance,the related literature review,the main concept definition,related theoretical tools,research ideas and research methods.The first chapter elaborates the basic theory of the Chinese Communist Party's democratic centralism.In this chapter,the five sections of contents,characteristics,essence,experience,and functions are reviewed one by one from the macro perspective.First,from the four aspects of the theory,practice,system,and discipline of democratic centralism,the content of the democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China was clarified.Secondly,the characteristics of democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China were discussed from three aspects: the unity of scientificity and regularity,the unity of the times and the practice,and the unity of inheritance and innovation.Again,the essence of democratic centralism was explored from the perspectives of purpose,approach,and value.Another time,it explained the experience of the Chinese Communist Party's democratic centralism,including the following four aspects: the political line as the center,the institutional construction as the guarantee,the theoretical innovation as the basis,and the scientific decision-making as the destination.The fourth is the interpretation of the experience of the Chinese Communist Party's democratic centralism,including the following four aspects: taking the political route as the center,institutional guarantee as the guarantee,theoretical innovation as the backing,and scientific decision making as the destination.Finally,the functions of democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China are explained from the perspectives of coordinating various conflicts of interest,standardizing the operation of public power,avoiding major risks,and strengthening political disciplinary recognition.The second chapter,adopting the literature research method,from the perspective of history,combing the source of the theory of the democratic centralism of the Chinese Communist Party and the course of exploration.First,the source of the theory of the democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China was introduced.From Marx and Engels to Lenin and Rosa Luxemburg,and other classic writers on the democratic centralism and its basic ideas,In addition,it also summarizes the characteristics of the democratic centralism of Marx,Engels,Lenin,and Rosa Luxemburg.Second,from a vertical perspective,it elaborated on the exploration of democratic centralism by the four generations of the central leadership of the Communist Party of China.On this basis,it focused on the exploration of the connotation of democratic centralism by leaders of the Communist Party of China such as Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,and Hu Jintao and their characteristics.third chapter,First of all,from the four perspectives of comprehensive and strict administration of the party,system construction,collective leadership,and national governance,we have elaborated on the new development of democratic centralism since the 18 th National Congress.And summed up the salient features of the democratic centralism since the 18 th National Congress,These mainly include: the unification of history and reality,the unification of theory and practice,and the unification of structure and function.Chapter Four,The status quo of democratic centralism since the 18 th National Congress.This chapter explores the complexity of the democratic centralism construction since the 18 th National Congress in four aspects: changes in the times,changes in the international situation,changes in the domestic situation,and changes in the party's own situation.It then sorted out the main problems existing in the construction of democratic centralism since the 18 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,including: insufficient democracy,inadequate concentration,insufficient criticism,insufficient discipline,and decision system distortion.Finally,it analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the construction of democratic centralism since modernization of state governance,and democratic centralism is the starting point for maintaining social stability.And the future prospects for the development of a democratic centralism that conforms to China's reality:For the Chinese Communist Party itself,it is out of the historical cycle rate;for the entire human society,the exploration of a better social system provides a Chinese plan.
