Exploration Of Social Correction For Drug Addicts

Based on the backgrounds of community drug rehabilitation researches or called community drug recovery researches at Huojia county of Henan province,and on the basis of predecessors' research,we take community workers of Huojia county as respondents,and then the current situations of community drug rehabilitation are discussed and analyzed in the following dissertation.First of all,practical explorations from social work intervening into community drug rehabilitation in this dissertation are analyzed in macroscopic aspects,including the theoretical basis of social work on community drug rehabilitation,the significance of social work intervening in community drug rehabilitation and the practical explorations related to community drug rehabilitation.Afterwards,the serious trends of drug control in our country are described,then community detoxification and rehabilitation development at Huojia county are introduced,which includes the distribution of drug addicts at Huojia county,the current construction situation of community drug rehabilitation center and the investigation and analysis to the drug users at Huojia county.At the same time,issues that how can we bring social work principles into the practical explorations of community drug rehabilitation are analyzed.Meanwhile,sample data are obtained through the research methods of questionnaire and individual interview,then we find the existing problems and reasons of community drug rehabilitation at Huojia county.These problems are as follows: firstly,there exists misunderstanding;secondly,there is lack of security;thirdly,community service resources are in shortage;fourthly,drug addicts are unwilling to accept the consciousness of community drug rehabilitation;fifthly,there exists legal loopholes related to drug addiction standard and voluntary drug treatment;sixthly,the application conditions of community drug rehabilitation are not clear;seventhly,there is lack of law provisions in community drug rehabilitation;eightly,related laws and regulations are lacking.In the end,aiming at the existing problems in the development of community drug rehabilitation at Huojia county,we formulate corresponding countermeasures bycombining researches and practices.Firstly,We should form correct concepts of community drug rehabilitation.Secondly,dynamic control mechanisms about drug addicts should be completed.Thirdly,the constructions of management regime should be strenghtened.Fourthly,we should improve security measures forcefully.Fifthly,we shoule try to intervene social work methods into practical applications of community drug rehabilitation.All these advices and measures are provided to offer beneficial references for the development of community drug rehabilitation.In brief,combining social work principles and community drug rehabilitation,this dissertation makes practical explorations to current status and development situations of community drug rehabilitation at Huojia county.We hope that we can provide substantial assistances to the community drug addicts and it will be effective and helpful to the community drug rehabilitation.
