The Research On The Rural Governing From The Perspective Of Social Capital

The issue of village governance is an important part of Rural Research and grassroots governance.Introducing social capital theory into grassroots governance is not only outstanding cultural inheritance on the traditional rural governance,but also a kind of innovation and breakthrough on over-administration and the village governance model.The storage capacity of social capital has a positive relation with economic society development,which directly affects the process of village grass-roots community development;Mining rural social capital reasonably,can promote the optimization and configuration of social resources in rural communities,promoting rural autonomy toward positive direction.Besides,it can contribute to the construction of a new socialist countryside,and ultimately realizes the successful transformation of rural society.Combining with village governance theory,I took the H Village of Laibin,Guangxi as an example to further study rural governance issues from the perspective of social capital.I learned from the investigation that the trust relationships between the villagers are still based on traditional kinship and geopolitical factors,showing a pattern of difference.The market impact differentiates the traditional structure of trust alienation,and highlights the villagers' economic rationality.However,overall confidence remains high on the stock.In the study of social capital factors affecting village governance,I deeply encapsulated measurement dimensions of six social capital such as "trust","mutual benefit","community participation",and summarized them into three factors: community experience factor,community support factor and community interaction factor.The study found that the role of community experience factor in village governance process highlights the importance during the process of rural governance.And the importance of community experience factor is significantly greater than the factor of social interaction and community interaction factor.Community experience factors(including villagers' satisfaction to village cadres,attention of communities and satisfaction of rural community life)and reverent indicators on village governance(including political elections,the evaluation of village cadres and village participation transaction)have significant relations,and endeavor in the village "community experience" is clearly insufficient.Therefore,in order to achieve the village of "good governance",I believe that the emphasis should be placed on community-building experience,including reshaping the image of the village cadres,and strive to build a sense of community and so on.Starting fromindividual study,based on social capital theory and village governance theory,I strived for new ways and methods of village governance to provide advice for the construction of new rural communities.
