Rural Social Capital In Beibei District Ofchongqing City Affect The Study

China is a big agricultural country.The countryside is prosperous,ecologically livable,civilized,effective,and affluent.It is the basic condition for China's sustainable development.The combination of autonomy,the rule of law,and the rule of virtue is the development path of rural governance.In the new era,the main contradictions in our society have changed,and the contradiction of insufficient development imbalance is most obvious in rural areas.To solve this contradiction,we must rely on the modernization of the rural governance system and governance capacity.Rural governance is the practice and application of governance theory in rural areas.The research results obtained in the field of rural governance this year are also constantly contributing to the revitalization of rural areas in China.The evaluation of rural governance effectiveness is the most important part of rural governance.The assessment of rural governance performance can provide a basis for the current situation of rural governance in China,existing problems,and solutions.Rural governance performance evaluation is a beneficial practice to introduce performance into rural areas.The positive role of rural governance performance evaluation in rural governance has also received more and more attention.The simple assessment of rural governance performance is not targeted,and it is easy to lead to too broad assessment results and no practical guidance.This paper focuses on the perspective of rural social capital in rural governance.Through the measurement of rural social capital and rural governance performance,it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between the two.The relevance of rural social capital and rural governance has been confirmed in existing studies.Taking Beibei District of Chongqing as the research object,according to the existing research results of the academic circles,the measurement of rural social capital is mainly divided into six dimensions:interpersonal relationship network,participation network,universal trust,general trust,social support and common vision;The measurement of governance performance is mainly divided into four indicators: economic growth and distribution,public participation,public services,and village order.Using the mathematical statisticssoftware spss to analyze and collect the collected questionnaire data,it is concluded that the general trust,general trust and social support in rural social capital have a significant positive impact on rural governance performance.Interpersonal relationship network,participation network,and shared vision Rural governance performance has an impact but is not significant.Finally,it is believed that Beibei District of Chongqing Municipality should start to cultivate rural social capital from the five aspects of repairing interpersonal relationship network,perfecting participation network,cultivating universal trust,strengthening social support and enhancing common vision,so as to improve the performance of rural governance in Beibei District of Chongqing.The research content of this paper is as follows: The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the background and research significance of the research,summarizes the domestic and foreign literatures in the research field,determines the research ideas and methods of this research,and introduces the research content and innovation points.The second chapter is the conceptual explanation and theoretical basis.This chapter mainly defines four core concepts of social capital,rural social capital,rural governance,and rural governance performance,and combs social capital theory and governance theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of rural social capital and rural governance performance in Beibei District of Chongqing City.This chapter mainly investigates the current problems of rural social capital status and rural governance in the northern part of the country through interviews.The fourth chapter defines the definition of variables and the hypothesis of research hypotheses.This chapter mainly defines the variables in rural social capital and rural governance performance,and based on the existing research results of the academic community,designs measurement scales and conducts pre-study to detect and adjust the scientific nature of the construction scale.Provide tool support for subsequent empirical analysis,and finally set the research hypothesis of this study based on problem orientation.The fifth chapter is the questionnaire design and sample analysis.This chapter is based on a well-designed measurement scale,a problem-oriented reliability analysis,validity analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis were carried out on the scale and questionnaire data.Finally,the influence of key variablesin rural social capital on
