Research On The Governance Of Corruption Problems In China During The Social Transition Period

Corruption is the "stumbling block" in the economic and social development.During the transition period, corruption is an important issue that must be faced and handled in the course of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, for the future of the country, the fate of the government and the welfare of the people.The paper discussed the current situation of corruption in social transformation period of China and the governing strategies. It mainly contained five parts.The first introduction part briefly introduced the source of the selected topic,literature review,researching significance, methods and focuses, difficulties, innovation point.The second part is about the status of corruption in the transition period.This part mainly introduced the situation of society, the current situation of corruption and the main challenges of anti-corruption in the transition period.The third part is about empirical analysis on the corruption cases treated during the year 2012 to 2015 by all Discipline Inspection and Supervision Departments in Hubei Province. the actual states, significant characteristics and the forming causes during the social transformation period of Hubei Province, were analyzed in this part.The fourth part is about the paths for anti-corruption in the transition period.This part summarizes the international experiences on anti-corruptions, and discusses the basic principles and paths selection of anti-corruption in the transition period.The last part is the conclusion.This part summarizes the major view of this paper, points out the future development and the existing problems about the subject study.
