Research On Group Intervention In Home-based Care Services Of Empty Nester

At present, the population aging is an inevitable trend in the development of modern society, the world today is a topic of common concern, China is a populous country,population aging will become the basic conditions of our country in the future for a period of time, with the increasing aging population, pension issues are increasingly prominent and bring. With the aggravation of the aging, the traditional home care mode can not meet the pension needs of the old people, especially "which is a special group Empty Nester, daily life care, medical care, comfort and other aspects of their need to be resolved, so we should vigorously develop the pension services, especially community pension, community pension and home care combined to form the basis of home care,community service as the basis, to pension institutions as a supplement to the elderly welfare system. In recent years, the national civil affairs departments have developed a variety of policies to actively promote the development of community home care services.In practice,community home-based care services model reflects the different forms,service content has also gradually formed a system, including emergency assistance services for community elderly, daily life care services, medical and health care services,cultural entertainment,spiritual comfort services,rights protection services etc.. Under this background, it is of great value to explore the role of social work in the home care service.The choice of the J community in Chaoyang District of Beijing city as the research site,using field observation method,interview and questionnaire survey method,using the method of social work in the group of J community Empty Nester investigation,understand Empty Nester encountered in the pension problems and needs, and the recruitment of 10 Empty Nester participate in group activities and through the interview,understand their living status, family status, participation in community activities, the status of leisure life. Based on the analysis of the group work of the professional social workers in the community home care, this paper discusses the role of social work in the home care service. Research shows that through the group work intervention to enrich the community Empty Nester day care service resources, enrich the leisure life, improve the elderly's spiritual world, to further improve the community endowment service professional level, to better meet the diverse needs of the elderly, to a certain extent to enhance the quality of service to the community home care. At the same time, through the evaluation of the effect of social work intervention, we can see that there are still some limitations in the current social work on the J community home care services. This paper presents analysis of the current situation and problems of the pertinent opinions and suggestions, in the future to make better play the role of social work at home pension services in the community, need to introduce talents from many aspects and establish training mechanism, establish a "duplex" linkage mechanism,improve the efficiency of the service for the aged; improve community facilities, build community support network mining, more social support; cultivate social "old and new" mutual learning mode,strengthen the construction of professional social work team.
