With the rapid construction of high-speed rail,high-speed rail network gradually formed,people increasingly experience the convenience of high-speed rail,and even changed the concept of time and space travel,access to universal recognition.The formation of high-speed rail network not only makes our country's transportation field optimized,but also with the economic and social development into the new normal,high-speed rail construction has become the city's multi-center development,metropolitan area and other new spatial structure of the formation of an important strategic choice.In this context,the development of urbanization is no longer follow the kind of monomer development model,but to the urban agglomeration change.At present,the vast majority of cities have set up high-speed rail sites as a new direction for urban development,with high expectations,are in the high-speed rail site around the planning of larger land,competing to develop.However,from the city on the high-speed rail site around the development of the actual situation,China's high-speed rail site around the development and construction of the situation is not very satisfactory,especially for small and medium-sized cities.In the small and medium-sized cities around the high-speed rail site,in the built to have been open for several years,the site surrounding areas of public services is still not perfect,and the original plan showing a large contrast.Because these site areas are basically located in the edge of the city,the region's own construction is weak.Most of the site surrounding areas because of the lack of public services,began to question the sound.The supply of public services in the surrounding areas of high and medium-sized cities is the key point of high-speed railway construction,and it is also the starting point of this paper.From the content of the paper,the paper first elaborates the background and significance of this thesis,and summarizes the relevant research results of public service construction in the surrounding area of high-speed rail.Then,the basic concepts of small and medium-sized cities,high-speed rail stations and public services are defined,and the theoretical basis of TOD model,new public service theory and urban touch-making theory are introduced.Then,from the point of view of the status of publicservice in the surrounding areas of high and medium-sized cities in China,then the three types of public services,such as basic public service,public safety service and social public service,focus on the analysis of the existence of public services in the surrounding areas of high and medium-sized cities Problem and reason analysis.And then to Xiangtan North Station for small and medium-sized city high-speed railway station typical case,to explore the Xiangtan North Station surrounding areas of public service problems.Then,based on the case study at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the public service model and summarizes the experience that can be used to draw lessons from the high-speed rail station,and provides the basis for the reasonable countermeasures.Finally,according to the reality of our country,we put forward reasonable and feasible policy suggestions for public service in the surrounding areas of high and medium-sized cities in small and medium-sized cities,so as to provide some reference for the improvement of public service in the surrounding areas of high and medium-sized cities.
