As the product of the socialization reform of university logistics,the formation of student community is more helpful to cultivate students' independent,united and friendly and perfect personality?At the same time,it puts forward new challenges to traditional university student management mode?Compared with ordinary institutions of higher learning,higher vocational college students have unique group characteristics,such as lack of learning motivation,lack of self-confidence,weak learning base?In order to improve the quality of vocational education development and cultivate more skilled talents for the country,higher vocational colleges should gradually improve the scientific,standardized and democratic level of student community governance according to the personality traits of clients to enrich the students' community governance,innovative student community governance content and form,create students to take the initiative to participate in social governance to facilitate the environment,to promote the student community from management to governance,in order to achieve the benefits of college students community resources and maximize the interests of students,and ultimately achieve good governance goals?This paper is divided into five chapters?The first chapter is the introduction,briefly introduces the significance of this study,the research status and innovation,and explains the research ideas and methods of this paper?The second chapter mainly lays the theoretical foundation,defines the concept of higher vocational colleges,student community and community governance,and takes community governance,humanistic management theory and student development theory as the basis for carrying out student community governance work for higher vocational colleges to provide theoretical support?The third chapter takes the Ningbo City College as an example to introduce the specific practice of the school to explore the students' community governance,analyze the shortcomings and find out the reasons.The fourth chapter elaborates the path choice of the community governance of the students in vocational colleges,and on the basis of respecting the characteristics of the students' groups in higher vocational colleges,through the establishment of the principles of subjectivity,democracy,development,guidance and service student community governance institutions,and actively carry out ideological and political education,the formation of student community governance work team to create a harmonious and comfortable,multi-subject participation in the governance environment?In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the measures to strengthen and improve the students 'community governance,that is,carry out political education and lay the foundation of the thinking of students' community governance?communicate feedback and play the role of student community self-government organization;strengthen training and education?student community governance team strength;organization of social practice,enrich the student community governance form;set up professional community,deepen the student community governance content?With the hope of providing useful reference and inspiration for the present and future exploration and research.
