A Study On The Vocational Development Of College Student Village Officials In Jingjiang

In order to promote the employment of college students,train grassroots cadres,and promote the building of a new socialist countryside,the state introduced the college student village official policy,that is,selecting excellent college graduates working for the village(community).The national policy promoted in 2008,there are one hundred thousand students working for the grassroots,college-graduate village official has become a new occupation,rural work experience can let students correct attitude towards employment,subsequent occupation development helps students to accumulate experience in grass-roots,handling of agricultural related business can make students understand the needs of the villagers,college-graduate village official can play better on their expertise,contribute for the construction of new rural society.This paper is a study on the vocational development of college student village officials in Jingjiang through in-depth interviews and self made questionnaires.The results show that the implementation of the policy of college student village official promotes the coordinated development of economy,society and culture,and helps to promote the construction of new countryside.But the policy also appeared in the embedded village occupation satisfaction and sense of achievement,loyalty are all low,that's because of low threshold college-graduate village official recruitment,slack follow-up training management,light supporting measures,narrow export occupation period,thus proposed optimizing college-graduate village official selection rules,improving the relevant security system and paying attention to train college-graduate village official.Social grass-roots departments must provide occupation guidance,the organization department should broaden the channel of promotion and management departments ought to determine the countermeasures of punitive measures.
