The Innovation Of Constructing Communist Youth League In Vocational Colleges

Recently, the Communist Youth League is developing well. However, with thespirit of innovation, we still have to work hard. As the reform and opening-up policy,vocational colleges have developed a lot in the past30years. Nowadays, the society iscomplicated, economy begins to restructure, value orientations are multiple. So manycolleges’ Communist Yourth Leagues need innovating. Here are some reasons: firstly,leaders and the staff ignored the innovation, which caused the worse literalbackground;secondly, Internet, complicated environment and incorrect family educationall brought the pressure to the league’s innovation; thirdly, unscientific simple andimperfect communication system made the leagues lack energy; fourthly, the socialfunction of the communist Youth League operated slowly, and the work wasn’t close tothe social economy, which made the league could not innovate in time; and at last, thehumanized supervision and assessment system were not perfect, which caused the resultthat the construction couldn’t show the effect clearly.Therefore, we should concludevocational colleges’ current situation and successful experience, and learn othercountries’ research, to explore a new method in innovating. From the aspects of theintelligent universality theory, management theory and the organization structure theory,the thesis first states four items in innovation: leadership, education system, the trainingcenter and the resource. The thesis also puts forwards the idea about how to innovate thecollege league. The emphasis should be placed on the cultural environment, and thenpay attention to the value of the “duty, opening-up and innovation” to establish theconcept of intelligent universality and the internal control theory, to publicize theprogress and to improve the passion. From the aspect of organization type, the thesismention the thought about setting the internet group, the personalized group, thefunctional group and the youth group. From the aspect of the operating system, it pointsout the change of the Organizational mechanisms, innovative operating system, and innovative education system. From the aspect of the assessment system, it points out theidea about using the “package” plan in training the youth to supervise the organization,and carrying out the accumulated points system to assess it.
