Research On Social Work Intervention Of Home-based Care Service In Community

At present,China is in the period of accelerated population aging,and the elderly population is increasing rapidly.The pension problem has become an urgent problem to be solved towards the government,society and family.Under the background of insufficient supply of the traditional endowment model,the home-based model not only adapts to the traditional concept of providing for the aged,but also solves the actual pension problem.As a professional helping discipline,social work has a complete set of theoretical and practical knowledge on the service of the elderly,which is in line with the supply requirements of the community home-based care model.This paper mainly takes the social work of the home care service of X community in Hefei as the case.Through the methods of questionnaire survey,random interview and literature review,combing old-age demand in X community.And then summarizing the achievements and problems in the process of social work intervention,and puts forward the corresponding specific Suggestions on practical interventionThis article mainly includes seven parts:The first part is the introduction.including research background and significance,literature review,research methods,related concepts as well as theoretical basis.Through the discussion of the advantages of home care service model,combing with domestic and foreign literatures,collating the achievements of previous academic research.Defing the relevant concepts and introducing research methods and data sources.The second part expounds the two dimensions of construction about home old-age service system and social work professional advantages to elaborate the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in the home care service.The third part is about the survey of elderly pension needs The main contents include two aspects:first,it mainly introduces the general situation of X community.Secondly,through the method of questionnaire survey,the needs of elderly group in the aspect the daily care,spiritual comfort,recreational activities,medical care and other aspects are systematically combed.The fourth part is the intervention analysis of social work practice.This article mainly explores and analyzes social work intervention services from the aspects of intervention concepts,strategies and related practical cases.The fifth part explores the problems and reasons in the process of practice intervention.In the analysis of comprehensive demand survey and practice intervention,it is found that the main problems of social work involve the lack of awareness of the participation of the elderly,the imbalance of demand and supply,the failure of the community resources to make full use of and the lack of local volunteer service;and then explain the causes of the problems.The sixth part explores the countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the problems and causes of social work intervention,this paper puts forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of the input on community publicity,professional ability construction of social workers,innovation of social workers' salary management system,and optimization of service supply model.The seventh part is the conclusion.Reviewing the full text and explaining the research topic and limitations.The author hopes that through the practical study of this paper,it can help the social worker to intervene in the development of the home care service,make the points of later intervention more focused,the maximum extent of the exploration and utilization of the community resources,and the service can supply the demand fully.
