| For a long time,there are three main endowment modes in our country including home-based care,community pension and institutional pension,which have played an important role in alleviating the pressure to provide for the aged and solving this problem.However,with the change of the traditional family structure,the function of family pension is rapidly weakened.The new models of the old-age pension,such as the community support and the institution for the aged,have not fully played its function under the influence of traditional concepts and economic conditions.Against this background,our governments at all levels and all kinds of social subjects explore effective old-age care mode actively and propose to a rapid development on home community care services.Through the observation of the process of developing the M home community pension service project in the R social work comprehensive service center,the author describes the operation of the home community pension service project and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of living care service,health care service,spiritual comfort and information service provided by home community pension service project for the elderly in the urban community.On the basis of this,the author gives a discussion of the effective method for social work stepping in urban home community service for the aged.This article suggests that under the circumstance of increasingly serious pension situation and more pressure for the aged,the traditional,single,unspecialized and non-localized pension services can no longer meet the needs of the elderly in urban areas.The social workers,as a professional team,have intervened in urban home community service for the aged,which can not only improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the old-age service,but also improve the quality of the old-age service through professional services and achieve the goal of helping the elderly in home community by linking various social resources effectively. |
