Football is the most popular sport in the world,it is not only a sports important index of the development level of a country,a country,a city is also a more and more important influence.The three balls level of development is an important symbol of measuring whether a country is sports power.For most of the sports power,football is a base class project,football project development level of high and low is a typical symbol of sports power.For many years,the Chinese football association and Chinese college students sports association,and even some local association football has been sticking to the national woman's university,this to promote woman's football sports popularization and promotion of colleges and universities nationwide and has played a certain role in promoting.Especially in recent years the vigorous development of Chinese woman's football movement of quantity and quality of the woman's football referees put forward higher request,in order to meet the growing demand,in the provinces and cities in various areas of our country,a group of high levels of woman's football referee team is currently the most effective and urgently needs to solve the problem.Through to our country outstanding female football referees the investigation and analysis of present situation and the culture conditions,and points out that our country should attach importance to woman's football referees grass-roots team construction,and explore the development of appropriate countermeasures,establish a standardized selection,training,examination system and gradually improve the quality of our province woman's football referees,establishing pyramid referee training mode.This study to our country outstanding female football referees as the research object,using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and video observation,logical analysis through to the Chinese soccer association high-level woman's football referees,the number of geographical distribution,age structure,occupational structure,academic structure,professional ability structure,motivation,the referee industry of cutting state of mind,and the current situation of registration,training,assessment,promotion and so on investigation and study,find out the factors which restrict the development of the Chinese woman's football association football referees,and the relevant constructive opinions and Suggestions are put forward.Main conclusions are as follows:1?China's high level of woman's football referees uneven distribution of regional structure,they are mainly distributed in our country soccer movement development,economy is relatively developed areas.2?China's high level of woman's football referees professional structure of the single structure,mainly teachers and civil servants,they account for the survey,81%of the total,that is bad for a good learning atmosphere.3?The base of our country high level woman's football referees,less and less number of elite judges;In the league,a lot of important games between referees are mainly concentrated in a small group of enforcement,most of the referees have no way to law enforcement and higher level,the lack of the accumulation of practical experience,can't meet the demand of the current league of law enforcement.4?High levels of woman's football referees in China face of cutting the situation as a whole is not bad,but in terms of psychological state needs to be strengthened,the main problem is concentration and bad for the status of the emergency treatment,interfere with the referees on-the-spot of cutting state of mind is the main factors of the pitch error,sentenced to condition and interference from coaches and players.5?China's high level of woman's football referees theoretical knowledge of learning,but the academic consciousness is poorer,their basic level of English is good,but poor proficiency,mainly displays in the power of expression.6?Football association of the umpire appointed management and efficiency is not high,in the selection and appraisal system is not perfect,make our country high levels of woman's football referees levels not neat,the management of the relevant law enforcement is not enough,devotion to the referee's ability in training management and law enforcement efficiency,thus ignored the ideological and moral education of the referee.7?China's woman's football referees treatment is much worse,compared with men's soccer referee in the referee's fee less,can be less selective treatment of board and lodging,transportation,and public awareness of woman's football referees is less,so is not conducive to the improvement of woman's football referees and the development of woman's football.
