Object:Sedentary work and bad posture has been more and more people suffer from the pain of the low back pain, long down will seriously affect their work effectiveness and quality of life, and increase the medical burden. In this study, the spine position and activity of the human body were measured by an accelerometer(which could detect the bad posture and its changes),and the poor posture of the curvature of the spine was evaluated to reveal the relationship between the bad posture and the low back pain, looking for a reasonable and healthy sitting position,so as to prevent the occurrence of low back pain to provide a scientific basis and guidance. Methods:In this study,10 subjects(aged 25.5 ± 3.31 years, height 174.1 ±5.61cm,body weight 65.8 ± 7.69kg),40(male:23,age 27.13 years ± 3.02,height 173.78cm ± 5.33,body weight 69.71kg ± 16.28;female:17,age 25.41 years ± 2.12,height 162.19cm ± 6.16,body weight 52.83kg ± 8.06)sedentary college student subjects,of which ten men used in the experiment 1,40 people for experiment 2,the Oswestry dysfunction questionnaire was used to screen 17 patients with lower back pain and 23 patients without lower back pain.At the same time, the spine activity data were recorded at 8 hours(480 hours,1 minute for each period)at the C7,T12,L3,and S2 of the subjects using four motion sensors, respectively.Screening the percentage of lumbar lordosis angle and sacral tilt angle and bad posture in four states without wearing, exercising, lying, sitting or standing.Data statistics are mainly used Person correlation analysis and independent sample T test.Result:1)There was no significant difference between the maximum bending angle and the extension angle of the extreme flexion of the spine compared with the simulated sitting position(P>0.05).When do limit bending, stretching during operation,T12,has a significant difference(P<0.05)when compared to extension during bending S2,L3 no significant difference.Compared with the maximum stretching angle, the maximum bending angle of T2 and S2 was significantly different(P<0.01)when simulating different posture tasks.2)When the subjects in the spine bending action, sitting to play the phone, sitting to play the computer and sit three k:inds of sitting between the lumbar lordosis, sacral tilt angle in the statistics on the two pairs were no significant difference(P>0.05).And in the spine stretching action, sitting on the phone, sitting on the computer to sit quietly have a significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time, the three postures of the spine were significantly different(P<0.01).3)According to the lumbar lordosis angle of the lumbar vertebrae, the angle of the lumbar lordosis was significantly higher than that of the sacral angle, and there was a significant negative correlation between them(R =-0.70).There was a statistically significant difference between the lumbar lordosis and the sacral angle between the different sexes(P<0.01).4)There was a significant positive correlation between the waist-to-hip ratio and the BMI of the lower back pain male subjects(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between the sacral angle of the sacrum and the lordosis of the lumbar vertebrae(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the waist-to-hip ratio and the lumbar lordosis angle(P<0.05);BMI was significantly correlated with the waist-to-hip ratio(P<0.05)(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between sacral tilt angle and lumbar lordosis angle(P<0.01).5)Compared with healthy men,the Oswestry functional index of the lumbar lumbar vertebrae was significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lumbar lordosis angle, sacral tilt angle and Oswestry function index between female lower back pain group and healthy group.6)Compared with the healthy group, the percentage of poor bending in the lower back pain was significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of poor stretch, but the percentage of poor posture in the lower back pain patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy group. The percentage of poor bending in the lower back pain was also significantly different from that in the healthy group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of poor stretch, but the percentage of poor posture in the lower back pain patients was significantly higher than in the healthy group.Conclusion:1)Because of different sitting position, the lumbar lumbar lordosis angle, sacral tilt angle has a significant difference, which prompted the body posture will change the lumbar lordosis angle, the size of the sacral tilt angle.2)Subjects with back pain have a large lumbar lordosis and smaller sacral tilt angle, there is a certain risk of dysfunction, suggesting that to change the bad posture and to correct it.3)There was a significant increase in the percentage of adverse curvature of the lower back pain subjects, suggesting that the occurrence of lower back pain may be due to poor sitting posture.Should change the bad posture and correct it.4)The difference between the lumbar angle and the sacral angle between the different individuals, males than female larger lumbar lordosis, and the sacral inclination angle smaller than women. At the same time, high body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio may be a risk factor for induced lower back pain.
