Using the maximum oxygen uptake, maximum heart rate, anaerobic threshold, anaerobic threshold percentage oxygen uptake and other indicators to the Tennis Kenji, sophomore boys experimental group did not participate in regular exercise of Kenji, sophomore boys in the control group with between control and experimental groups comparative index to find specific differences in male tennis aerobic capacity, understanding tennis training on aerobic work capacity of the tennis boys to improve the situation, to provide scientific theoretical basis for the tennis student training. Methods:randomly selected Wuhan Institute of Physical professional tennis Kenji boys 10(undergraduate professional tennis), sophomore boys and 10 professional tennis, the two groups did not participate in tennis tennis-related exercise before undergraduate students. Randomly selected did not participate in regular exercise of sophomore boys 10, did not participate in regular sports Kenji boys 10. All subjects were healthy and have no metabolic diseases, genetic disorders, locomotor system normal capacity. Meta Max3 B use portable telemetry cardiopulmonary exercise testing equipment test subject's maximal oxygen uptake, maximum heart rate, anaerobic threshold, anaerobic threshold percentage of oxygen uptake and other indicators.Research result:(1) Undergraduate and graduate VO2 max boys tennis group were significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05). Undergraduate and graduate tennis tennis group of boys group of boys was no significant difference in VO2 max, VO2 max undergraduate and graduate students in the control group had no significant difference.(2) Compared with the control group, the maximum heart rate graduate and undergraduate group tennis tennis group, maximum voluntary ventilation volume was no significant difference(P> 0.05), in addition, two tennis groups were compared, the maximum heart rate, maximum ventilation and no significant difference. But numerically, graduate tennis group 130.5 ± 18.8(L / min) and undergraduate tennis group(119.5 ± 14.9(L / min) of the maximum voluntary ventilation volume than the control group(108.4 ± 20.0(L / min),(109.1 ± 24.7(L / min), and the maximum ventilation graduate tennis group is larger than undergraduate tennis group.(3) group of male tennis graduate oxygen uptake at anaerobic threshold is extremely significantly higher than the control group(P <0.01), while anaerobic threshold undergraduate tennis group oxygen uptake is slightly larger than the control group, and no significant difference(P> 0.05). Boys Tennis graduate group heart rate, ventilation and anaerobic threshold during the anaerobic threshold anaerobic threshold when oxygen uptake is extremely significant percentages than the control group(P<0.01), and a group of boys tennis graduate anaerobic threshold heart rate when, ventilation anaerobic threshold and anaerobic threshold when oxygen uptake was significantly greater than the percentage of male undergraduates extremely tennis group(P <0.01).In conclusion:(1) Tennis training can improve the HRmax, VO2 max, VEmax improvement is not obvious, but in the numerical, the VEmax of the graduate group is greater than the undergraduate tennis group and the control group.(2) Tennis training can significantly improve the index when graduate tennis group anaerobic threshold, especially oxygen uptake, anaerobic threshold heart rate, ventilation and anaerobic threshold anaerobic threshold percentage oxygen uptake at anaerobic threshold index, to improve undergraduate tennis group is relatively obvious, probably due undergraduate students tennis training time is too short, the aerobic capacity of the mining potential is inadequate.
