“Cores”is a concept from the angle of anatomy, which put forward in sports training study. The strength from lumbar spine, hip, pelvis and the muscle and ligament around them is called core strength. The past traditional training method of strength only focus on the larger muscle groups. But the core strength training is based on the traditional training method of strength, and developed from it. It is aim at stimulate deep small muscle groups involved in sports. Today, the training of core strength is introduced to various projects as a training method by more and more researchers, and studyed deeply. This attract the attention of many coaches, who try to lead the training of core strength to physical training. Then, the problem we focuses on is how to design effective training of core strength according to different projects, and integrate it to traditional training of strength.On the basis of references method and taking the characteristics of volleyball for fitness level of the athletes, this study developed volleyball special core strength program while asking the advice to instructor. In this study, we made the 24 members of the volleyball team as experimental subjects, and core strength training for 12 weeks in Hebei Normal University. In order to improve the level of training, this experiment divided into three stages, and every 4 weeks will increase the difficulty level. The first stage of the training include: the supine elbow foot support, supine shoulder and foot support, supine single foot support, prone from the static two, the side from the two “banana”, left-right static elbow lateral support. The second stage of training include: elbow support ball do abdominal bridge, hands hold the ball belly one foot bridge, feet hold one hand carry arms, slings forward skiing, slings sidewise skiing(left, right), Kneeling position abs wheel push and pull. The third stage of training combined with specific movement which include: balance of solid sphere twist(left, right), sitting arms and shoulders stretch with alternating flexion, sit levelly obeying sphere elastic belt, straight arm between slings, sit the sphere to imitate smash(elastic band), sit sphere rotation between elastic band(left, right). The writer performed the experiment both the tracking and monitoring of the corresponding indicators in the whole process for the evaluation of core strength training volleyball special qualities. The results show that: when core strength training introduced to traditional training method of strength, the subjects of air attitude, special physical function and quality level has been improved, as well as the quality of the special technology movement. Thus, we can draw the following conclusions: there are so many benefits of core strength training such as correcting movement, strengthening the athletes on the strength of precise control, helping the athletes muscle strength significant, increasing conducive to momentum transfer, and mobilizing the athletes training enthusiasm.
