A Study On The Role Of Social Workers In "Linkage Of Community, Social Organization And Social Worker"

With the deepening of the reform of China and under the tide of separation between government and society,community management has constantly transformed into community governance.As the key strengths of grassroots social governance,social organizations and social workers gradually enter people's vision,and with the impetus of the relevant departments and interaction with community to collaboratively participate in grassroots social governance,they have currently formed a grassroots social governance mode with Chinese characteristics the “Linkage of Community,Social Organization and Social Worker”.As a practical governance exploration being tried,the “Linkage” will inevitably face a series of problems.In the current system design,there is no clear definition on the role and the function of social workers especially,and how to promote the function of social workers is still under exploration.Based on the case study of G community which practices the “Linkage” and from the perspective of social workers,this article discusses the specific roles that social workers are playing in the “Linkage” mode and puts forward some measures on how to promote the function of social workers in the “Linkage” mode.
