For any sport,flexibility is one of the physical quality of the athletes must have,and stretching exercises is also an important part of sports training.Good flexibility can not only improve the athletic performance of athletes,but also can prevent damage and prolong the life of the athletes.Static stretching,dynamic stretching and PNF stretching are the most common methods in the development of flexible quality.As a new training method,PNF stretching method has been gradually introduced into the field of sports,which is used to improve the flexibility and coordination of the body.The basic theory of the principle of PNF stretching method follows the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technique,mainly to the active power draft form,is a common physical therapy.With the wide application and development of the PNF stretching method,this method is used in many sports,but it is less used in volleyball.Volleyball is a skill oriented net sport,is a high requirement for athletes body coordination and speed,strength,flexibility,agility,endurance and other comprehensive quality of sports,athletes must have according to changes in the field,the ability to improvise,to athletes have a good feeling,high reaction,sensitive and coordination ability,put forward higher requirements on the athletes' basic quality of flexibility,flexibility is also an important condition to prevent sports injury.Therefore,this study from the volleyball project characteristics,exploring the PNF stretching method effect on the flexibility of volleyball athletes,by improving the quality of enhanced flexibility to drive other qualities directly or indirectly,so as to improve the competitive ability of athletes and sports performance,reduce sports injury.In this study,the experimental method,literature and mathematical statistics were used to compare the traditional tensile method with the PNF method.A total of 12 Education College of Beijing Sport University 2014 level men's volleyball athletes as the research object,randomly divided into control group and experimental group,8 weeks of stretching exercises,athletes torso,shoulder joint,hip joint were tested before and after the experiment of flexible,comparative analysis of experimental indicators and the experimental results show that object.(1)There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.PNF stretching is an effective method to improve the femoral head muscle,the posterior thigh muscle group,the extension of the ligament,and to improve the range of motion of the hip joint in four cases.(2)The test results showed that there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.The PNF stretching method was more significant for stretching the muscles on both sides of the trunk and increasing the amplitude of the lateral flexion and trunk extension.(3)There was no significant difference in the flexibility of the shoulder joint between the traditional stretching group and the PNF stretching group.The traditional stretching method and PNF stretching method have some effects on improving the flexibility of the shoulder joint of the volleyball players,which indicates that both of the two methods can improve the flexibility of the shoulder joint.
