The development of a kindergarten is inseparable from the plan."Kindergarten education guidelines(Trial)" clearly pointed out:"kindergarten education,are a variety of purposeful activities which teachers plan for children." The kindergarten education program refers to the process of preschool teachers who purposefully,systematic to plan,organize and arrange of various activities and time based on the goals of early childhood education and kindergarten curriculum standards.mainly including semester plans,monthly plans,weekly plans and daily plans,which plan through the daily living arrangements and week plan.The kindergarten education plan is the embodiment of the kindergarten curriculum.The research on the kindergarten education plan can enrich the research of the rural kindergarten education plan,and provide reference and guidance for the township kindergarten to establish and perfect the educational plan.Based on the previous studies,this paper adopts the observation method,the interview method and the content analysis method to randomly select a kindergarten in each township of the 15 townships of Guangxi Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County,develop and implement the educational plan.The status quo of the education plan is mainly based on the basic situation of kindergarten teachers,the overall situation of various educational plans,the convergence and composition of various educational programs,and the implementation of educational plans from the educational program implementation of several characteristics Consider,mainly ? integrity and fluency.? stability and flexibility.? diversity and balance.? suitability and individuality.Through the description of the status quo,trying to analyze the existing problems,and put forward targeted recommendations.It is found that there is a lack of integrity in the development of educational plans for township kindergartens,lack of normative and scientific in the formulation of educational plans,lack of coherence from educational formulation to implementation,and subjective randomness in the implementation of educational programs.The main reasons for these problems are teachers lack of professional ideas and professional knowledge,kindergarten education programs related to inadequate training,kindergarten lack of effective management and evaluation of education programs.In this regard,the researchers made the following recommendations:1.The local education sector to carry out education programs related training,education programs to provide guidance documents;2.principals and teachers to update the educational philosophy,put the development of young children in the first place;The establishment of the community,in the reflection of the continuous improvement of education planning and implementation capacity;4 principals to strengthen management,the establishment of standardized education program review and evaluation system.
