Aerobics as a pervasive strong sports,make its rapid development in school.The difficulty of the project of competitive aerobics movement quantity,space change big,complicated structure and the requirement of accuracy is high,the body balance ability of athletes very high precision is presented.This research mainly is given priority to with competitive aerobics,applied the method of elastic belt training purpose is to explore elastic belt training through the experiment on the influence of the competitive aerobics special students balance ability.By applying the method of documentary,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,logic analysis,experimental research methods,the hubei normal university sports institute 14 aerobics special students 20 people as experimental object,the control group and experimental group was divided into 10 people,each two groups of subjects were involved in the same content of specialized training class,on the basis of the experimental group students strictly follow the design of elastic belt training plan for training,training time for 8 weeks,3 times a week,and60 minutes at a time,in the training process strictly follow the coach's training methods and requirements,the training content including elastic belt balance,stability and muscular endurance training.In addition,in the experiment of 0 and 8 weeks respectively in aerobics special students ability to balance test.Through the experiment research results are as follows:(1)Due to elastic belt training mode of training and pertinence,to some extent,it can enrich the means and ways of coaches balance ability training.(2)When the elastic belt training should follow is safe and effective,targeted,suitable for load and the principle of step by step,to make training has the best effect.(3)After 8 weeks of elastic belt training,in support of or so leg ANT,ALAT,LAT,PLAT,POST,PMED,MED,AMED direction indicators have improved significantly(P< 0.05),but less support degree of each index to improve with his left foot.Eight weeks of the elastic belt training of competitive aerobics special students skill level of single foot side to move the leg and foot is better than 360 ° and increased(P < 0.05).(4)The elastic belt training principle and method introduced in this paper can enrich the means and ways of coaches balance ability training,perfect the scientific system,through the experiment result also verifies the elastic belt balance ability training to improve the aerobics special students the value of the elastic belt training can improve the balance ability of students.
