By means of resistance training of elastic band,this paper carried out experimental intervention on the special strength training of the members of the sprint team of niulanshan no.1 middle school,and made a comparative analysis on the Angle data of the joints of the running part before and after the intervention,so as to explore the influence of the resistance training of elastic band on the Angle of the joints of the running part of the teenagers.This article USES the literature material method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,image analysis,comparative analysis and other methods of kraal mountain nine middle school hundred meters sprint team athletes for 12 weeks of elastic belt resistance training,special technology is muscles and organs under the interaction of the external performance,on the premise of correct action sequence and improve the related form of muscle strength,muscle power and effect can effectively improve the performance of doing work.Similarly,the good special strength also needs to pass the scientific and reasonable special technology as the platform,only then can the internal muscle strength fully manifests.Because of the characteristics of physical development,young athletes should choose strength training in accordance with the law of physical development,to avoid the premature exercise of big strength which leads to the early end of the sports career.Because of its convenience and high safety,elastic belt is the first choice for strength training.By consulting databases such as zhiwang and wanfang,it is found that there are relatively few literatures on resistance training of elastic bands for teenagers.Therefore,this paper conducts a comparative analysis of resistance training and athletes' running skills and performance of special sports before and after training intervention.The conclusions are as follows:1.According to the data analysis before and after the intervention,the Angle of the knee joint of the supporting leg and the Angle of the ankle joint at the moment when the runner touches the ground in the course of running;Vertical support instant torso forward Angle,elbow Angle;The forward Angle of the trunk,the Angle of the elbow joint,the Angle of the knee joint of the lower leg supporting leg,the Angle of the ankle joint,and the Angle of the knee joint of the swinging leg were all improved to different degrees after the training intervention,which promoted the improvement of the specialtechnique.2.There was a significant decrease in the number of steps taken by 9athletes in the 100-meter course(P < 0.05).Through the comparative analysis of the athletes' steps before and after the experimental intervention,the results show that the resistance training of elastic belt has a promoting effect on the reduction of the number of steps in the 100 meters.3.There was a significant improvement in the 100-meter performance of9 athletes(P < 0.05).The comparison and analysis of the 100-meter performance data of athletes before and after the experimental intervention showed that the anti-resistance training of elastic belt had a promoting effect on the performance of teenagers in 100-meter sports.
