The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of stretch band special strength training on improving sprint performance of athletes through sports practice intervention,so as to further understand stretch band training.The purpose of this paper is to explore the comparison of springband special strength training and traditional resistance training on sprint performance,and to provide scientific basis for sprint special strength training.Methods: Sixteen physical education specialty students of grade 2017 in No.8Middle School of Baiyin City were randomly divided into experimental group(8students)and control group(8 students).They were divided into 4-6:30 p.m.on Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays for a total of 2.5 hours for 14 weeks.In the track and field field of No.8 Middle School of Baiyin City,the experimental group was trained with special strength of elastic band,while the control group was trained with traditional strength.Before and after the experiment,two groups of subjects were divided into three groups: standing triple jump,five-level long jump,special running techniques,stride frequency and 100-meter time running performance test indicators were compared and analyzed.The results showed that: 1.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the test results of the knee joint angle during the swing leg forward swing period and the moment when the supporting leg kicked off the ground.The P value was greater than 0.05,while the hip joint angle difference analysis and comparison results during the swing leg forward swing period showed significant change P values were less than 0.05.The longitudinal comparative analysis of the lower limb joint angles before and after the experiment in the experimental group was less than 0.01,while in the control group,the longitudinal comparative analysis of the lower limb joint angles before and after the experiment only showed that the knee joint angle P was less than 0.05 at the moment of the support leg kicking off the ground,and the other indicators were all P greater than0.05.2.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the scores of lower extremity explosive force test after the experiment,P values were greater than 0.05.The results of lower limb explosive force test before and after the experiment in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group,P values were less than 0.01.But in the experimental group,the performance of the standing triple jump increased by 5.7%and 8.4% compared with the control group,the performance of the standing triplejump increased by 4.0% and the performance of the five jumps increased by 5.6%.3.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in step length and step frequency after the experiment.The P value was greater than 0.05.In the experimental group,the improvement of step length was very significant p values were less than 0.01,but the improvement of step frequency was not significant p values were less than 0.05.In the control group,the improvement of step frequency was significantly less than 0.05,while the improvement of step length was not significantly greater than 0.05.4.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the horizontal comparison of100-meter performance after the experiment,P values were greater than 0.05.But in terms of percentage improvement,the 100-meter performance of the experimental group increased by 4.8%,slightly higher than that of the control group by 3.2%.Conclusion:1.In the optimization of lower limb technology,special strength training with elastic band and traditional strength training have improved the back kick technology,but special strength training with elastic band has more obvious optimization on the back kick technology,and special strength training with elastic band can also optimize the hip and knee joint angles during the swing leg forward swing period,so special strength training with elastic band The effect is more effective.2.In terms of the explosive strength of lower limbs,the two training methods have greatly improved.However,compared with the resistance in vertical direction of traditional weight-bearing training,the special strength training of elastic belt not only has vertical direction,but also provides horizontal direction resistance.It can better approach the special characteristics of sprint and improve the performance of standing triple jump and five-level long jump more.And the more continuous steps,the farther the distance,the more obvious.3.Stretch band special strength? training and traditional strength training have their own advantages in improving step frequency and step length.The special strength training of elastic band is very significant for the improvement of stride length,and the stride frequency is also relatively improved,while the traditional strength training is significant for the improvement of stride frequency.4.On the influence of 100-meter performance,stretch band special strength training can not only improve the special strength,but also promote the special technology,so that the special performance can be effectively improved.And high school sports students are still in the growth stage,the advantages of elastic bandspecial strength training are basically unlimited at this stage,its advantages of training movement structure,direction,speed and range of motion can be fully utilized,better realize the transfer and transformation.
