Network public opinion is a "double-edged sword",which has positive and negative effects on the government.The positive effect occurs under the condition of the interaction between the government and the network public opinion.At this time,the network of public opinion to improve the legitimacy of the government,the implementation of scientific decision-making,maintain social order and to build good relations between cadres and the masses,to realize the national long period of stability is of positive significance.Otherwise it will erode the foundation of governance,is not conducive to social stability and development,and even lead to social unrest and regime change.Especially in the border areas such as Xinjiang,many ethnic minorities,the distortion of public opinion will lead to serious consequences such as mass incidents.Also because of expression and expression of relative freedom and extremely comfortable platform for this hitherto unknown way,so how to ensure the correct guidance of public opinion in the light of its general trend,and has become a serious issue to the government.This paper mainly uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,literature research,case analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods to analyze the status quo and existing problems of Xinjiang network public opinion management,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through the analysis of Xinjiang current network public opinion management status and problems,the author believes that we should firstly change the management concept,secondly improve staff political quality,professional quality,comprehensive use of "big data",establish and improve the network public opinion management and accountability mechanism so as to lift my area of the network public opinion management ability,finally study the results and actual work,put forward the feasible way to explore the network of public opinion and method to explore the work principle of system and the network public opinion guiding method.
