Has been carried out in the university sports curriculum today,an important factor in the school sports teaching level is to measure the level of the school,Yunnan province has its special geographical environment,established a better climate condition here plateau climate on the track and field sports development.The play is an important part of the power quality training of track and field sports,plays an important role in improving the achievement of athletes,college sports coaches and athletes have been generally carried out,itself has been able to recognize the power quality,especially the fast power quality plays an important role in athletic training,but the majority of college track and field training especially the lack of systematic and scientific power quality priority among priorities of the training,the coaches training methods often use a single,fast slow to improve the athlete's strength,leading to competitive ability and sports performance is also hard to improve.In addition to the college track and field training period is short,the task is heavy,how in a relatively short period of time to improve the athletic performance of athletes and the skill level,and can not spoil things by excessive enthusiasm".Combined training method of strength development according to different projects,to combine different methods of action,not intermittent training,such training can make the effect more comprehensive,more flexible and varied training methods.In this paper,the methods of literature review and experiment are used to study the training methods of 40 students in the track and field special class of Yunnan Agricultural University,which can improve the speed and strength of the.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(group A)and control group(Group II),before the experimental group each index of the two groups did not differ significantly between the experimental group adopted the combination training method,the control group used traditional training methods,a total of 16 weeks.Select the long jump,standing long jump,100 meters,110 meters hurdles,high jump,shot six results were analyzed,combined with the athletes before the experiment,the experimental middle,after the experiment result changes compared analysis conclusion: combination training method can improve the quality of fast strength training method compared to single,mainly which can improve the efficiency of 100 meter running,standing long jump,high jump,shot put and 110 meter hurdles scores,but to improve the performance of the long jump is not obvious;the combination training can be applied flexibly according to different training cycles,load,project.
