Purpose:To obtain research data reflect the overseas high-level talents in local colleges and universities in Chongqing City,the main factors using Logistic regression analysis to identify the impact of overseas high-level talents efficiency,according to the empirical results put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the efficiency of overseas high-level talents.Method:1 literature analysisThe reference of a large number of academic literature,the literature consists of three parts: one is the research achievements of scholars,including academic papers,journals,books,research reports;two is the country's relevant policies and regulations;three is the relevant government departments of statistics etc..By sorting out the relevant literature,and thus forming a high level of overseas talent effectiveness of the factors affecting the initial understanding and research of the main basis.2 questionnaire surveyBased on summarizing the existing literature views,combined with human capital,demand level and target theory proposed related factors play overseas high-level talents Effectiveness Questionnaire,and the design of the local colleges and universities in Chongqing city overseas high-level talents efficiency,obtain overseas high-level talents in local colleges and universities in Chongqing City,the first hand data,current situation to understand the overseas high-level talents in local colleges and universities in Chongqing city.3 statistical analysisBased on the data,were processed by statistical software Stata14.0,descriptive statistical analysis of count data by Logistic regression analysis method,test the dominant influence factors play overseas high-level talents performance,and grasp its influence.Conclusion:The introduction of time and way of introduction in individual basic information variables has a significant influence on the professional skills of overseas high-level talents.Work environment variables in scientific research funds and participate in professional training or meeting experience,workload,whether the school attaches importance to the introduction of staff role of school,hardware equipment satisfaction and team work efficiency and teacher performance evaluation system and transparency,school personnel development importance of overseas high-level talents in local colleges and universities exert professional skills significant effect,validity of the estimate and communication between the school results is not significant.In the living environment variables,both allowance and annual salary were significantly related to professional skills.The relevant policy variables satisfaction of high level talents in local colleges and universities overseas countries and Chongqing and the estimation of the implementation of the satisfaction result is very significant.
