Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club has Won the champion of AFC Champions League twice and the Chinese Super League champion six times from 2011 to 2016.With glorious trophies,it creates and will continue the ‘Evergrande Era'.This article focuses on the Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club,analyzing its management model,managementcontrol system,operating strategies and the problems existing in the process of realizing sustainable development with the research methods of questionnaire.Some reasonable suggestions are also concluded in the article to be as basis and reference for Guangzhou Evergrande F.C.and other clubs to realize sustainable development.The results are as follows: China's super club with government-enterprise joint system,corporate sole ownership,joint venture three management model,and opened the "burn mode."
