The Study Of China University Basketball Association(CUBA) Format

CUBA is one of the highest level of college basketball tournament,Chinese in recent years,although the CUBA system in continuous improvement,but there are still many problems,compared with the foreign basketball competition system there is still a big gap.In order to develop from the CUBA format to find the change of power as well as suggestions and Inspiration of CUBA.In this method,expert interviews,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis of the development of the CUBA league history,the new and old system and NCAA League compared using literature data,the research results are as follows:(1)Since 1998 the establishment of the CUBA format,a total of 11 times through reform,changes in conditions of the 5 players;changes in the number of divisional playoff teams 2 times;competitions in selected places change 2 times;the change of national competition rules of the game 2 times.(2)Compared with 2010,the old CUBA system,the new system in the race rules,personnel requirements,the costs to make adjustments,and part of the new regulations,making the matches more numerous,provide more chances for the team competition,normative and perfect events gradually increased.(3)Between CUBA and NCAA,there is still a big gap,exposed many deficiencies,such as in the competition system,a system partition is not reasonable enough,few matches.In the organizational structure of the division of labor is not reasonable,the lack of athletes training system and career planning,not effectively establish a bridge between the CBA professional league.A single source of funding channels and laws and regulations are not perfect.According to the research conclusion to put forward the following suggestions: the development of CUBA to attract college members,improve the organizational structure;perfect the management measures,establish evaluation mechanism;promote league system,improve the zoning;make training with,ensure personnel training;improve the ability of coaches,enhance the team level;expand market construction,accelerate the industrialization operation.
