Research On The Social Support Of The Children Caregivers With The "Couple Family" Parenting Model

International SOS children's village is an unofficial organization that identifies and takes good care of the children who have lost their parents,in order to meet the basic rights and interests of children in the basic life of special children.Now 10 SOS children's villages have been set up in China,which use the parenting model between institutions and real families.B city have set up the SOS Village in2007.The child-rearing system was enriched by the parents or sisters,in addition to adopting the international parenting model.With the innovation parenting pattern of the SOS Village in B,this research employed qualitative research as method,which is based on the SOS Children's Village in B city and the theory of social support.By using the purposeful sampling to observation and interview the caregiver which is the subect of research in the special parenting model,to understand the basic family life and social support network conditions of the caregivers in the special parenting model.Finally put forward the feasible suggestions to improve the social support network and meet the needs of caregivers.The study found that the number of children and children's own actual physiological and psychological condition bring the difficulty and challenge to the caregiver.For example of more detail,more mental stress,low wages,undefined expectations of education,less entertainment and less social intercourse.So it lead to the need for emotional demand,economic demand,education capacity demand,social interaction demand and entertainment.Of course,partners,other family members and special children in village,neighbors,the leadership of the village special-education teacher social groups with responsibility.After analysis,we found that there are many support body,did not display the corresponding function or support the actual effect of small;The support cis not balanced,mainly in terms of emotional needs,some of economic demand,education ability demand,social interaction demand and entertainment does not fully meet.The study concluded that subjective support was greater than objective support;Subjective support and insufficient objectivity;Informal support and lack of formal support.Research advice: strengthen emotional support;Improve objectivity support;Improve the formal social support system;Introduce the professional team of social work.In order to introduce social work talents,firstly tntroduce the its definition and role.And then it is suggested that social work should be involved in the economic,education,social interacton and entertainment.
