Research On On-the-spot Command Ability Of Campus Football League Coaches In Tangshan City Primary School

Juvenile football coaches' personal qualities and command behavior run through the whole process of the teenagers' education,teaching,training and competition,which have a subtle influence on young player's physical and mental health,football tactics formation and outlook on life and values,and directly affect the quality of the campus football league.Researches on football coaches command ability benefit the relevant departments understanding of the coaches overall situation,establish and improve the incentive and restraint mechanism,and have important practical significance for improving the overall quality of coaches.This study used the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,observation and mathematical statistics,based on the previous study,combined with the experts opinions and suggestions,taking coaches command ability who participated in the 2016 Tangshan City primary school campus Football League as the research object,through the issuance of "campus football coach questionnaire",using SPSS Social Sciences software to analyze the statistics.The data shows that the development momentum of Tangshan City primary school campus Football League is good,but there are still some problems such as some coaches command ability is not strong enough,which restrict the further development of the Tangshan City campus football;the performance of outstanding person is superior to the general person on the ability to collect field information,perception,information before the information expression.According to the results of the study,the main conclusions are as follows:Through the indexes of preparation before competition,observation and command in competition,conclusion after competition,the seven abilities of on-the-spot command ability includes: the ability of information collection,perceptive ability of site information,the ability to inspire players,the ability of organization,the ability to make effective decisions,the ability to convey information and the ability to communicate.The performance ofoutstanding coaches are superior to the general person in each observation index,especially in preparation before competition and conclusion after competition(1)Preparation before competition is the overall planning for the upcoming game.Coaches develop reasonable plans and tactics,study procedures and environment,mobilize the players before match.(2)The main task of the coaches is to observe and analyze during the competition.Coaches should pay attention to the condition of the field,predict and judge the game correctly,capture all the details.(3)Coaches need to be confident while instructing on the spot and emphasize the changes and countermeasures tactically and personally in the second half.(4)Coaches must organize the players to relax and adjust their emotions after the game.After that,make a summary of the whole team then sum up personally,vice versa.In short,summarizing will help the whole team to concentrate minds.According to the conclusions above,several suggestions are proposed:(1)to solve the problem of disparity between teams,the relevant departments of Tangshan should strengthen the development of primary school campus football in county and rural areas,cultivate excellent coaches for the teams at the middle and lower level,improve their teaching ability and the ability of spot command.(2)Tangshan City's relevant personnel and management departments should be strict in the recruitment of campus football coaches,comprehensive quality and professional level of coaches should be checked strictly to ensure that coaches education,coaching qualifications and professional sports level meet the recruitment requirements.(3)the coaches should strengthen the theoretical study,focus on the accumulation of rich experience in the practice of the game,and pay attention to the internal relations and rules in different periods of the game according to the command ability and the competition in different stages of on-the-spot command ability.(4)the relevant departments of Tangshan City should strengthen the training of coaches,and improve the quality of campus football coaches' job training from the actual situation.Coaches should conduct frequent reflection and summary of on-the-spot command behavior,develop and innovate on-the-spot command behavior,and improve their ability of on-the-spot command.
